After a career working in Vietnam as a nurse practitioner for the State Department, and later working on her own with the native peoples in Thailand, Mickey Harrison started a mid-life career as an actress in 1990.

But she soon discovered she also liked working behind the scenes.  Tapping her acting experience and contacts she became a casting director.

such as Cannes, Telluride, Houston, and Los Angeles among others.

She has also cast training videos for San Diego County, Solar Turbines, The United States EPA and the San Diego Police Department. Feature films she has cast include El Campo and Gothic West.

In addition to knowing virtually all the actors in San Diego and many of the actors in L.A., Mickey brings warmth, humor and a keen, experienced eye to finding just the right people for any project she takes on.
